How does a Booking work?
Bookings can be requested via WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form. A Booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been provided by Silk Note.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking well in advance for the greatest availability. Last-minute requests are possible subject to availability.
Can I request a specific Companion?
Yes. You can indicate a preference for a specific Companion. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Are last-minute Bookings possible?
Depending on availability, same-day or last-minute Bookings can also be arranged.
Are international Bookings possible?
Yes. Silk Note offers international companionship and travel arrangements within Europe and beyond.

Are travel and accommodation costs included?
Within the Netherlands, travel costs may be charged separately. For international Bookings, all travel and accommodation costs are at the guest’s expense.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is possible via bank transfer, cash, selected digital payment methods, and in some cases cryptocurrency.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. In most cases, Silk Note requires an advance deposit to confirm the Booking.
When must payment be made?
Payment must be completed before the start of the Booking. For international Bookings, payment must be received in full before departure.
Discretion & Privacy
How discreet does Silk Note operate?
Discretion is one of Silk Note’s core values. Personal data and Booking information are treated in strict confidence.
Does Silk Note appear recognisably on bank statements?
Where possible, a discreet description may be used on bank statements.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Silk Note processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable Privacy Statement.
Safety & Expectations
Does Silk Note have a safety policy?
Yes. Safety, mutual respect and discretion are essential conditions for every Booking.
Is safe sex mandatory?
Yes. Silk Note maintains a strict safe-sex policy requiring protection for all applicable activities.
Can personal preferences be discussed in advance?
Yes. Personal preferences and expectations can be respectfully discussed in advance, within legal and personal boundaries.
Are photos or video recordings permitted?
No. Taking photos, videos or audio recordings is strictly prohibited, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.

Who pays travel and accommodation costs?
All international travel and accommodation costs are entirely at the guest’s expense.
Does travel time count as Booking duration?
Travel time does not generally count as Booking duration, unless the guest and Companion travel together or otherwise agreed in writing.
What is the minimum duration for international Bookings?
Within Europe, a minimum Booking duration of 12 hours generally applies. Outside Europe, the minimum duration is generally 24 hours.
Cancellation
What are the cancellation terms?
For information on cancellations and any associated costs, please refer to the Silk Note Terms and Conditions.
What happens in case of a no-show?
If a guest does not appear at the agreed location and time, the full Booking amount may be owed.
Companions
Are the Companions independent?
Yes. Silk Note acts exclusively as an intermediary. All Companions work independently.
Can I contact a Companion directly?
No. All communication and arrangements are handled exclusively through Silk Note to ensure safety and discretion.
Are all Companions of legal age?
Yes. All Companions are at least 21 years old.
