We stay involved throughout every booking. Fifteen minutes before your booking ends, we'll always give you a quick call so you know it's almost time to wrap things up comfortably. Afterward, we'll check in with you again. Whether you simply want a brief catch-up or would rather talk things through in more detail, we're always here to listen to your experience.
From our very first conversation, we take the time to genuinely get to know you. Whether you're experienced or completely new to the industry, we'll guide you every step of the way, allowing you to grow at your own pace.
Alongside personal guidance, we actively invest in your development. We regularly offer optional workshops covering topics such as etiquette, styling, make-up, personal safety, communication, intimacy education and creating exceptional client experiences.
We're looking for women aged 21 and over with a healthy balance of emotional intelligence and social intelligence. Women who communicate openly, treat others with respect and aren't afraid to be themselves. Your age, background, or experience don't define your potential. Diversity is what makes Silk stronger, and beginners are just as welcome as experienced companions.
For us, respect isn't a promise: it's a standard. Your privacy is carefully protected, a confidential advisor is always available, and we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards clients who display disrespectful, sexist, racist, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour. In those situations, we will always stand behind our companions.
